You do, from day one. We hand over the repository in your GitHub/GitLab account, admin access to the infrastructure (Vercel, AWS, domains) and technical documentation. Nothing stays locked to Sophex.
We work on a fixed price for a scope agreed in writing in the proposal. If scope changes mid-project we pause, scope the extra (hours and €) and you decide whether to proceed. No surprises on the final invoice.
A defined number of hours per month for corrective, evolutive and minor improvements. Includes monitoring, backups, dependency updates and email/Slack support during business hours. No long-term commitment: cancel with 30 days notice.
Like any remote team: video meetings, daily written updates (Notion/Slack) and demos every few days. We overlap office hours with your time zone. If you need occasional in-person meetings in Spain or Switzerland, they can be arranged.
We invoice in € by default from Sphaira Group (Switzerland). For EU business clients we issue VAT-free invoices using your VAT number (reverse charge); for clients outside the EU, no VAT. We can also invoice in CHF if needed.
During the project you see progress every 24h, so any drift gets caught early. After delivery we include 30 days of free support to tune anything. If it still doesn't fit, we talk: our goal isn't to invoice once, it's to be your next call.
Usually 1–3 weeks from signing the proposal, depending on the calendar. For urgent MVPs (7 days) we try to kick off in 48–72h. The free intro call we schedule within 1–2 days.
Yes when it makes sense for your project. Most of the time we modernize (Next.js, Node, native mobile) or co-exist with what's there. What we don't do is templates or pre-built themes: if that's what you need there are cheaper options, and we'll tell you.
